At Chérie Charm Co., every piece is made with intention and care. Because so many of our items are custom or made-to-order, please review our policy below before purchasing.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the production timeline associated with your item.


Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds.


Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Chérie Charm Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly.
