Made-to-Order Processing Times
Many of our pieces are made-to-order, meaning your jewelry is crafted especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow the following production times before your order ships:
- Standard made-to-order pieces: 2–6 weeks (business days)
- Custom nameplate & cursive initial necklaces: 2-6 weeks (business days)
- Ready-to-ship items: 2-4 business days
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way, estimated arrival provided by the shop are NOT accurate for custom items, must wait FULL 2-6 weeks (business days), NO exceptions. 🎀
Domestic Shipping Rates (US)
- Economy Shipping: $7.00
- Express Shipping: $15.00
- Free Economy Shipping on orders over $55
International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL and FedEx. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Please Note
- Shipping timelines begin after your production period is complete.
- Express Shipping for custom items is applied after the custom item is doing being made and is shipped out to you, express shipping will not speed up craftsmanship of making your custom item.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Once your order ships, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
- Customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees due to incorrect or insufficient address problems.
