Processing & Craftsmanship
Custom pieces require 2–4 business weeks for craftsmanship, processing, and preparation before shipment. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.

Turnaround Time Notice
Our turnaround time is an estimate, not a guarantee, as order volume can vary at any time. Each custom piece is carefully handmade and requires time and attention to detail to ensure the best possible result. Production may occasionally take longer due to holidays, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

Express Shipping
Express shipping only speeds up transit after your item is completed and ready to ship. It does not shorten the required 2–4 business week craftsmanship period.

Order Changes & Personalization
You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to request any changes. After 24 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed, as your order may have already entered the craftsmanship process. Please carefully review your item details, personalization, spelling, and shipping address before completing your purchase. Most personalization options are case sensitive.

Custom-Order Refund Policy
Because custom pieces are handmade specifically for each customer, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once the 24-hour change window has passed. Please review all order details carefully before purchasing.

Materials & Jewelry Care
Our jewelry is made with stainless steel and finished with 18K gold plating or 925 silver plating, depending on the selected style. To help preserve the finish, avoid water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, and excessive moisture. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
